Simbang Gabi 2022

We held special Novena Masses for Christmas commonly known as 'Simbang Gabi' a much-loved Filipino custom last 15-23 December 2022. We would like to thank those who attended the masses, the Filipino choirs and lectors. Special thanks to Fr Paul who initiated the masses and Fr Jayson Gonzales, a Filipino priest who flew from Rome to celebrate the masses with us. Christmas Drive at St John XXIII Parish

We sponsored another Christmas Drive last December 22 together with the Caravan de Solidarité, Croix Rouge and College de Leman. Thank you to all those who volunteered and helped. We distributed approximately 200 food bags, school supplies, toiletries and winter accessories to families and individuals who patiently waited in line to receive the packages. News from Turkana (Kenya)

We would like to appreciate the immense sacrifice and contribution you all continue to make towards giving life to the poor students through the sponsorship programme and our ‘first Sunday’ collection. The impact of the programmes goes beyond the now of the immediate students to their families and their future. Asante! ( Fr Livinus SPS ) Currently we have 30 students in 17 different schools and assists some other 68 students in various needs, a grand total of 98 students in secondary level education, please check  the full report from Fr Livinus, the St Patrick’s Missionary Society member, who is responsible for the various parishes that we support.
