Growth in Prayer and Reflective Living (GPRL) Programme 2026
The Ignatian Spirituality Community in Geneva is renewing its GPRL Programme for 2026. The programme invites participants to deepen their relationship with God through prayer, reflection, and lived experience.
While the programme includes input on different aspects of prayer and Ignatian spirituality, its primary emphasis is experiential. Participants are invited to discover, for themselves, a God who is personal and present in their lives.
The programme offers opportunities to:
- Reflect on our understanding of God and self
- Become aware of the many ways God communicates with us
- Explore different methods of prayer as tools for engaging in conversation with God.
- Develop a personal spirituality that integrates prayer and life, and helps shape our response to the latter.

Four Saturdays between February and May 2026:
- 21 February
- 28 March
- 25 April
- 23 May
Time: 10:00 – 16:00
Where: St John XXIII Parish, Geneva
In addition, there will be an optional monthly online meeting (19:00–20:30) on: 15 March, 12 April, 10 May.
