Kairos News

Kairos is our 4 day retreat for our teenagers preparing for Confirmation. It is "Teenage Led and Adult guided."  What that means is that those who attended before will be the leaders in the following retreat.  What is Kairos? Meaning "God's Time" in Greek, Kairos is a teenage-led retreat that allows teenagers the opportunity to step back from the many demands in their life in order to intentionally reflect on their relationships with God, with themselves, and with others.   How would you define Kairos in your own words? News from Turkana (Kenya)

We would like to appreciate the immense sacrifice and contribution you all continue to make towards giving life to the poor students through the sponsorship programme and our ‘first Sunday’ collection. The impact of the programmes goes beyond the now of the immediate students to their families and their future. Asante! ( Fr Livinus SPS ) Currently we have 30 students in 17 different schools and assists some other 68 students in various needs, a grand total of 98 students in secondary level education, please check  the full report from Fr Livinus, the St Patrick’s Missionary Society member, who is responsible for the various parishes that we support.
