Welcome

Welcome to St John XXIII Parish, the only English Speaking Roman Catholic Church in Geneva. We are glad you want to visit our Church and would like to make it as easy for you as possible. We have regular Masses and Other Services throughout the week that you can attend. Our Parish is headed by Fr Paul C Friel and by competent and responsible church office staff that you contact via email at office@johnxxiii.ch or by phone at 022 733 04 83. You can also use this contact us form to send any message you want to the Parish. The Parish Office is open Monday to Fridays from 9:00 to 12:30. Please feel free to visit us and know more about the parish.

Location

St John XXIII Parish is located in 57 Rue de Montbrillant 1202 Geneva, just few minutes walk from the train station and the UN. There is limited parking in front of the church but you can also park in Parking des Nations off Rue de Varembe, or La Poste Parking on Rue de Montbrillant. Alternatively, you can take the public transport which come regularly to the Church. The following can be taken:

  • Bus 5 to the stop “BAUCLACRE”. From the stop, walk through the PARC DE VERMONT, which will take you behind the Church.
  • BUS 20, 60 to the stop “VALAIS” or “VAREMBE”. The Church is between the two stops.
  • Take TRAM 15 from GARE CORNAVIN towards NATION. Stop at “SISMONDI” and walk towards UNHCR into RUE DE MONTBRILLANT. Our Church is a couple of blocks down on the right opposite SWISSCOM.

Register and Subscribe

Please do not forget to register yourself and your family online in our St John XXIII Parish Registration system. You can register your children in Catechism and Confirmation Classes through the system and is welcome to add yourself in any ministry you want to be involved and be a part of.
